What is your primary product or service?
Homes, condos, 4 or less units and land. We also work with clients in distress with their mortgage. We work with their lenders to negotiate their current loan status and there is absolutely no charge for this service. We act as a third party helping to relieve the client of such a stressful situation, keeping them updated on a weekly, if not a daily basis.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The desire to work with individuals helping them achieve their goal of owning a home, or upgrading.Background in the health field, as well as general sales, marketing and advertising.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a team, we can leverage our time better,and yet be even more personal with individuals because of the diversity of our own personalities. Always personal service and needs first.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a team of four in a beautiful office located in El Cajon-the East county area of San Diego, but an organization of over hundreds of agents and offices thru out the US due to our affiliation with Keller Williams Realty.

Our main Keller Williams office is 680 Fletcher Pkwy, #100 in El Cajon just across the street from Parkway Plaza at the intersection of Fletcher and Johnson. Our personal office is located at 2494 Fletcher Pkwy just 2 miles west of the main office on the north side of Fletcher Pkwy.
