How long have you been in business?
We have been in Business for 3 years. We have been nominated as "Outstanding Emerging Business in SD" through the San Diego Business Chamber of Commerce in 2007 & 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Service - Detail/ Clean Boutique buildings. We also provide service for residential communities as well as offices and businesses in SD.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It was one of those things, after being a West Coast Regional Manager for a fortune 1000 company for many years, I knew that I could offer a true customer service cleaning company that would listen to individuals needs, and offer easier cleaning solutions to fit into their lifestyles and client needs. Through all the construction developments in Southern CA, I researched the cleaning companies and found an opportunity for WCSD to get started.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide a 1 stop shop, able to get all of our clients cleaning needs done whether it be cleaning or carpet cleaning, we can do it. We will clean offices, homes, buildings, and resort style communities daily, weekly or monthly. We have uniformed, licensed and bonded employees who carry handheld devices who at any given time can handle a need. WCSD communication, is a huge part of the success that we have and are experiencing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time we are in San Diego and Los Angeles. We will be in SF, NY, and Miami as well as 15 other cities.
