Catering Southern Dishes to San Diego County.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have always enjoyed cooking for large groups of people (our friends and families, church groups, special outings). We were told by many people to open up a restaurant but didn't because of lack of finances so we decided to start catering. . . . and so it began.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We love to cook as well as hear of people enjoying what we have made. It is not on a commercial level and the food is not just processed. The food is made with passion and patience, as we have always done in the south . . . this is why people enjoy it so much.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one here in San Diego. Currently we do not have any plans to expand.
