Manufacturer of Decor Fiori cylinders, creating Living walls for over three years
We have been designing, creating & installing living vertical walls for over 5 years in San Diego County. We have researched, explored and have used practically every vertical wall product used to hold living plants, that are on the market since my exploration began. We have gained great experience by designing the walls we installed, but felt there must be a useful solution for simplicity, that we could create and manufacture ourself, as we had not seen any “designer product” that was nice enough to be in anyone’s home, whether indoor or outdoors, that had the requirements we were imagining in our minds.
I, Georges the owner of VGS began my investigating and sharing and found ABS tubing to be a useful product from my local hardware store. It had the versatility to be cut in any length, the width was perfect & I discovered the many attributes of ABS tubing. I started in my Encinitas studio with my own “hands on approach” to the cutting, the painting, how the product withstood weight, but maintained its lightweight versatility. I figured out how to route out the perfect size opening for planting succulents first. I already had the knowledge of plant material and how to keep succulents or herbs or plants alive and well. It was out of pure fasciation and the idea to develop a desirable, attractive growing home for small plants.

What is your primary product or service?
I do vertical living walls with different plants and applications. I use trays , felt pockets, cylinders and custom frames. Most of our finished products are custom orders. I offer wholesale to the trade and retail from our studio to individuals and on line nationwide
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was first inspired by Patrick Blanc from France who is known to create living walls on a large scale throughout Europe
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The design and plants we use make us unique and sought for. With succulents and house plants we mix the colors and size to create texture and line design. Our Fiori cylinders is proprietary. We offer it in different sizes and colors to be display vertically, as a screen or on a table top.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our studio location is in Encinitas CA.. I will eventually expend on the East Coast if I find the right partner, since I have several clients in the East

We do full maintenance service from San Diego to LA, but will go nation wide on large project

My wife and I own the company. We have a small nursery and Leticia take care of the plants. I create most of the living walls and hire extra help at time
What are your hours of operation?
We are there from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday on appointment
