What is your primary product or service?
We are a private matchmaking agency. We coach our clients and introduce them to other singles that have the criteria and traits they are looking for.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a single mother of two working as a real estate agent. I joined with a matchmaker in 1994 and met my husband Bill on my first date. I thought it was a fabulous and safe way to meet quality single people. So I started my own company and we've expanded every year since. We have offices all over Southern CA, NY, Miami, Tampa and Paris.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our Westlake Village matchmakers are dedicated and work hard to match their clients to the appropriate people. We've been in business since 1994 with an "A+" rating. There's a reason for that. Our Westlake Village matchmakers are the best in the business. We have matchmakers and offices all over Southern CA and NY.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have offices in Newport Beach, San Diego, Beverly Hills, Palos Verdes, Santa Barbara, Westlake Village and New York. We just signed up a new matchmaker in Houston and will probable be opening an office in Bogata and other areas very soon.

What type of payments do you accept?
Any major credit card or checks.
Which areas do you service?
All of Southern CA, NY, Miami and other states and countries as well. Our client in Thiland married someone we introduced him too. We can work anywhere.

M-F 8:00-6:00 Saturday 12:00-4:00 Closed on Sunday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Invitations to weddings are the best! One of my clients stood up at his wedding and said, "Thank you Sherri, I would'nt have me Gayle without you. I'm the happiest man on the planet."
